Buying Guide

1. Registration and Login

Fill out the "Become a Customer" form with your company information. Once your information has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to log in using the username and password you chose.

If you don't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" button to reset it.

2. Product Selection

Browse the product categories or use the site search.

In the product sheets, you will find: available sizes, technical specifications, certifications, and storage instructions.

You can add products to your cart directly from the product page or from the category lists.

3. Minimum Order and Shopping Cart

The minimum order is €300 (you can mix and match different items).

From your cart, you can change quantities, remove items, or save your order as a draft.

With the "Reorder" feature, you can replicate previous orders without having to select the products again.

4. Placing an order

After confirming your cart, select your preferred payment method.

You will receive an order summary via email, including the order number and total amount.

5. Payment Methods

Bank transfer (primarily for B2B)

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi, Postepay)

6. Shipping

Products in trays → shipped within seven days of receiving the order via refrigerated shipping (+2/+7 °C).

Potted plants → shipped within seven days of receiving the order 

7. Deliveries and Delays

In remote areas, delivery times may be extended by 24–48 hours.

If delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a notice; after 10 days, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and you will be charged for the return shipping costs.

8. Returns and Damaged Deliveries

If the package is not in good condition (open or damaged packaging), accept it with reservation and note the reason on the shipping document.
