Orders are shipped using different methods depending on the product's size:
- Products in trays → shipped via private refrigerated carriers, maintaining the cold chain at +2/+7 °C.
- Potted plants → shipped via national and international express couriers (Bartolini)
Estimated delivery times
- Trays: Weekly shipments are scheduled.
- Vase: ships within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Order Tracking
Each order is assigned a tracking number, which is sent via email upon shipment. With the tracking number, you can monitor the delivery status online in real time.
For refrigerated shipments, tracking support is handled directly by our sales department.
Shipping Costs and Minimum Order Quantities
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering.
Minimum order amount: €300. You can combine different items in the same order.
Disadvantaged Areas
For certain areas (smaller islands, mountainous regions, and hard-to-reach locations), couriers charge additional fees, and delivery times may be delayed by 24–48 hours.
Shipping Delays
Buscema Gastronomia cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
To facilitate delivery and avoid undelivered packages, please always provide a valid phone number: it will be printed on the package so the courier can contact the recipient directly. In case of undelivered packages:
- the courier leaves a notice;
- The customer may contact the branch to arrange a second delivery or pick up the package at the courier's facility;
- After 10 days of storage, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be charged for storage and shipping costs.
Damaged deliveries
If the package appears to be damaged or tampered with (open box, broken box, damaged packaging), please accept the delivery with reservation and specify the reason on the shipping document.
