FAQ: Using the Portal

How do I register and log in to the portal?

Access to the portal is restricted to approved business customers only.

To obtain your login credentials, please fill out the "Become a Customer" form. Once our office has verified your information, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to use the username and password you entered when you first filled out the form.

 If you don't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password" button: you'll receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to reset it and create a new one.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is €300, and you can include different items in the same order.

What are the shipping times and methods?

Products in trays → weekly shipping via refrigerated couriers (+2/+7 °C).

Potted plants → shipped within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we also ship internationally via express couriers and refrigerated carriers to markets we already serve (e.g., Germany, France, Switzerland, and the United States).

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. For refrigerated shipments, tracking support is handled by our sales department.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer installment payment plans?

Yes, customized payment options (e.g., Riba, RID, deferred bank transfer) are available for existing customers, in line with standard B2B practices.

Are your products certified for quality and food safety?

Yes, all of our products comply with international standards and are certified under IFS 2021, BRC 2020, and FDA 2022.

What happens if the package arrives damaged or is not as described?

We ask that you accept the delivery with reservation, noting the reason on the shipping document, and contact our sales department immediately.

Can I request samples to evaluate new products?

Yes, you can request samples by contacting our sales team using this form.

How can I quickly reorder products I've already purchased?

In the members-only area, you'll find the "My Orders" section, which allows you to quickly duplicate and submit a new order.
