Buscema’s mixed mushrooms in oil are made from carefully selected mushrooms. Each variety is seasoned by hand with a blend of Mediterranean spices, then preserved in sunflower oil, which preserves their texture, flavor, and freshness.
A delicious and well-balanced mix to complement appetizers, charcuterie boards, and aperitifs.
Each batch is supervised by Buscema Gastronomia, which has over 60 years of experience in the industry. Suppliers are selected for their quality and reliability, and production takes place in certified facilities that comply with Italian and European food safety regulations.
The product is packaged, in accordance with EU standards, in recyclable glass jars or food-grade containers.
