Buscema Grilled Eggplant is grown in Italy, in the regions of Calabria and Sicily, and selected for freshness and size. After harvesting, the slices are grilled and seasoned by hand with sunflower oil, then enhanced with Mediterranean herbs and spices.
The product is made using traditional methods, with particular attention paid to the consistency of the slices and the product’s performance in professional kitchen settings.
