Buscema Dried Black Olives are made by dehydrating olives in dry brine, which gives them their distinctive, unmistakable flavor. After careful processing, they are preserved in sunflower oil and flavored with Mediterranean spices. The product is ready to use, ideal for professional cooking, and works exceptionally well on pizzas and focaccia; please note that the olives contain pits.
